The Prestige Chikmagalur gallery contains six original studies of low-rise living, wooded paths, rain-friendly courtyards, ridge outlooks, open landscape and evening residential character. They are not photographs of the Indavara property, official Prestige elevations or evidence that villas, plots, pavilions, trails, materials or views will form part of a future project. Their buyer value is comparative. Use each image to name a preference, then look for that feature in the current approved master plan, landscape schedule, elevation, specification and maintenance scope. A future site photograph should also be dated and matched to the legal boundary and entrance so a nearby parcel is not mistaken for the recorded land bank.
